Greetings all

Vitamin B is especially good for the skin and hair.
A good source is yeast, and I know this sounds gross, but if you make a paste out of yeast and water and put it on your skin, it does wonders, especially for clearing up acne or problem skin!
For the hair, a great DIY hair mask (again I know this is gross, but it really makes your hair look really healthy and shiny)
Mix a raw egg and some beer (for vitamin B) together and leave on the hair for as long as possible.

Raw avacado works a treat too, and, oh the odd VO5 hot oil treatment doesn't do any harm either.

Something else that works wonders for skin is a mask of creme fraiche-for added exfoliation you could add some sugar (this tastes lovely by the way, so mind you don't end up eating it tongue)

And if you take a banana peel and smear the insides of it on your skin then leave it for 1/2 hour before washing off, this is a great way to give your skin a boost.

The sun is obviously a great way of subjecting yourself to vitamin B, so that's why your skin and hair are so healthy in the summer. The sun is especially useful when it comes to clearing your skin if you have spots, as it helps to kill the bacteria that cause them. Your hair will also get a treat, only make sure you don't burn your scalp by protecting the top of your head with a hat.

Take some normal porridge oats, and cut off the foot part of an old pair of sheer tights. Put the oats inside, and voila-a body scrub. Only don't leave this too long. Wet oats start to smell so you should make a new one every couple of weeks.
