When having sex the safest way of protection is taking the pill, and using a condom.
The pill protecs from pregnancy, but NOT STIs-that's the condom's for.

Condoms are very effective (around 98%) but they do occasionally split. if this happens you should get the Morning After Pill. this can actually be taken up to 72 hours after having sex, but the sooner the better really.

Also, some basic tips on how to use a condom properly.
First of all make sure the British Standards mark is on it (the kite mark) and that the packaging is intact. It should also be within its useby date. It is also advisable to purchase from a chemist, and not a vending machine...you could also get them free from your local information shop.
When taking out the packet, make sure you open very carefully along the top, and carefully squeeze the condom out-make sure you don't snag it on anything like your nails.
Then carefully roll it down the erect thingy-do not unroll it before hand. After sex, carefully unroll the condom, and wrap it in a tissue, before disposing of it in a bin. Wash your hands afterwards.

Excuse me, I believe you take english at alevel and yet you fail to spell affective!!Its effective you inbred.

NEVER children NEVER give head with a condom. At all costs. You will find yourself in a very greasy situation. Its always better to take a shot in the mouth.

Thank you for your time.

Well if you want to risk STIs, just cos you don't want to get 'greasy.' then that's fine.
